Donation & Refund Policy (दान नीति)
English Version:
Non-Refundable Donations:
All donations made to Delhi Crime Jankalyan Foundation NGO are non-refundable. Once the payment is successfully processed, no refund or cancellation request will be entertained.
Use of Donations:
Donations received are utilized strictly for social welfare, education, health, women empowerment, and community development programs as per NGO’s objectives and NITI Aayog regulations.
Right to Amend:
The Foundation reserves the right to amend, modify, or update any clause of this policy or related terms at any time as per institutional or regulatory requirements.
Transparency & Records:
All donors are provided with proper receipts and records under Income Tax Act 80G & 12A for transparency.
Governing La
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including NITI Aayog and relevant statutory regulations.

दिल्ली क्राइम जनकल्याण फाउंडेशन एनजीओ को किया गया प्रत्येक दान गैर-वापसी योग्य (Non-Refundable) है। एक बार भुगतान सफल हो जाने के बाद, किसी भी प्रकार की धनवापसी या रद्द करने का अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
दान का उपयोग:
प्राप्त दान राशि का उपयोग केवल समाज कल्याण, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं सामुदायिक विकास कार्यक्रमों में किया जाएगा, जैसा कि संस्था के उद्देश्य एवं नीति आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों में उल्लेखित है।
नीति में परिवर्तन का अधिकार:
संस्था किसी भी समय इस नीति में आवश्यकतानुसार संशोधन, परिवर्तन या अद्यतन करने का पूर्ण अधिकार अपने पास रखती है।
पारदर्शिता एवं रिकॉर्ड:
प्रत्येक दानदाता को 80G और 12A अधिनियम के अंतर्गत प्रमाणपत्र एवं रसीद प्रदान की जाती है ताकि पारदर्शिता बनी रहे।
शासन संबंधी नियम:
यह नीति भारत सरकार के कानूनों एवं नीति आयोग के नियमों के अधीन है।
