?️ Public Donation Non-Refundable Policy
(Guidelines for Donors & Contributors)
1. Purpose of the Policy / नीति का उद्देश्य
This policy defines the terms under which donations are accepted and clarifies that all donations made to Delhi Crime Jankalyan Foundation NGO are non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated for social welfare projects and community service programs.
यह नीति यह स्पष्ट करती है कि संस्था को प्राप्त सभी सार्वजनिक दान वापसी योग्य नहीं हैं क्योंकि उन्हें तुरंत समाज सेवा एवं जनकल्याण परियोजनाओं में उपयोग किया जाता है।
2. Non-Refundable Donation Clause / गैर-वापसी योग्य दान शर्त
All donations made to Delhi Crime Jankalyan Foundation are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
दान एक बार किए जाने के बाद किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
The Foundation does not entertain requests for refund, cancellation, or adjustment of donated amounts.
संस्था द्वारा प्राप्त धनराशि का उपयोग तुरंत सार्वजनिक कल्याण, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, जागरूकता और राहत कार्यों में किया जाता है।
3. Donor Responsibility / दाता की जिम्मेदारी
Before donating, donors are encouraged to:
Read and understand the NGO’s objectives, mission, and donation utilization process.
Verify details before submitting payment (amount, purpose, payment method).
दान करने से पहले संस्था के उद्देश्य, परियोजना एवं उपयोग प्रक्रिया को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें।
> 4. Transparency & Record Maintenance / पारदर्शिता और अभिलेख रखरखाव
The NGO maintains full transparency by issuing official receipts with PAN and 80G details.
Each donation is documented in the NGO’s audit and fund utilization reports.
संस्था हर दान का अभिलेख रखती है और पारदर्शिता के लिए वार्षिक ऑडिट रिपोर्ट में उसे शामिल करती है।
5. Legal Standing / कानूनी प्रावधान
This policy is in compliance with the Trust Act and applicable sections of the Income Tax Act (12A, 80G).
The donor acknowledges that once the amount is credited to the NGO’s bank account, ownership of funds transfers to the organization for social work only.
यह नीति ट्रस्ट अधिनियम एवं आयकर अधिनियम (धारा 12A, 80G) के अंतर्गत मान्य है।
6. Acknowledgment / दाता की सहमति
By donating to Delhi Crime Jankalyan Foundation, the donor hereby agrees that:
The donation is made voluntarily and without any expectation of return or refund.
The donor understands and accepts the “Non-Refundable Donation Policy”.
संस्था को दान देकर दाता यह स्वीकार करता है कि यह राशि स्वेच्छा से और पूर्ण सहमति से दी गई है, जो वापस नहीं होगी।
